Job summary

Coquille Indian Tribe is seeking an Assistant Clinical Applications Administrator to support the Ko-Kwel Wellness Center with the administration and optimization of clinical applications and EHR systems.

You will be the primary Level 1 support resource, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployment, configuration, and user administration. Must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background checks. Based in Eugene, OR with statewide travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical support in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of clinical applications and EHR workflows.
• Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and basic scripting.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for clinical applications and EHR-related systems.
• Collaborate with trainers, EHRSS team, and Help Desk to triage issues.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and admin tasks for clinical apps.
• Manage user accounts, security, and role assignments across systems.
• Document processes and maintain up-to-date technical/audits.
• Travel to clinic locations for onsite support, training, and project work.
