Job summary

Coquille Indian Tribe is seeking an EPIC Trainer to lead clinical system training across Ko-Kwel Wellness Centers in Eugene, OR. You will mentor staff, build workflows, and create templates for efficient EPIC use, while coordinating with EHRSAs and other trainers.

The role covers non-medical departments and requires occasional travel to support facilities. Strong communication, teaching skills, and EPIC experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of EPIC experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of full-time healthcare support experience.
• Oregon driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME with EPIC and related applications.
• Provide onboarding, training, and elbow-support to staff.
• Support multiple departments (Behavioral Health, Dental, Pharmacy, Allied Health).
• Travel to support facilities as needed.
• Maintain training materials and develop workflows for clinicians.
