Job summary

Coquille Indian Tribe, Ko-Kwel Wellness Center, seeks a Clinical Applications Trainer to develop, coordinate, and deliver training for clinical applications including EHR systems and Dragon/Navis interfaces. You will create role-based curricula, mentor providers, and support staff during go-lives and upgrades.

Responsibilities include hands-on training across multiple clinics, collaboration with ESA/IT leadership, and ensuring proficient use of systems like Epic, Dexis, and other clinical tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field with 3+ years training or healthcare IT experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience developing, implementing, and managing clinical staff training programs.
• Experience providing training on clinical workflows, EHR systems, or healthcare technologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Train staff on clinical applications and EHR; develop curricula and materials across classroom, in-person, virtual and one-on-one formats.
• Travel to different clinic locations to provide training.
• Serve as primary contact for EHR/clinical training needs; partner with ESA and IT teams.
• Assist in testing, validation, and rollout of new features and updates.
