Job summary

The-Coquille-Indian-Tribe invites applications for an Assistant Clinical Applications Administrator to support Ko-Kwel Wellness Center’s clinical software and EHR systems. You will be the primary Level 1 resource, triaging issues, assisting with deployments, and supporting end users across providers and staff.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare IT experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with the EHRSS team and Help Desk.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in CS/IS/Healthcare Administration/Business or related field.
• Two or more years of technical support in healthcare information systems.
• Experience with clinical applications and EHR workflows.
• Effective communication to technical and non-technical users.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for clinical software applications and related systems.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues for clinical staff and providers.
• Assist with deployment, configuration, and administration of clinical applications.
• Manage user accounts, security access, and role assignments.
• Document processes and maintain technical/operational records.
