Qualifications
- 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience.
- 4 years progressive experience in information services or combination of information services and healthcare experience.
- Experience with small to medium-scale implementation/upgrades.
- Experience in test plan development.
- Experience in information technology and/or healthcare operations.
- Project management of large initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement optimal technical solutions integrating with existing systems.
- Prepare work plans for system upgrades and enhancements.
- Configure and maintain technical environments across development, staging, and production.
- Evaluate workflows for feasibility and resolve operational issues.
- Develop clear specifications and documentation; plan and execute test scenarios.
- Assist in establishing technology standards and estimating resources for tasks.
- Ensure tasks are completed by due date or report variances.
