Job summary

Jefferson Health Plans is seeking an experienced IT professional to identify and implement optimal technical solutions that integrate with existing systems across the organization. You will prepare work plans for upgrades, configure environments, and evaluate workflows to ensure feasibility and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities include developing specifications, documenting processes, planning and executing test scenarios, and assisting in establishing technology standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year EHR application build, implementation and support experience
• 4 years progressive experience in information services or healthcare operations
• Small to medium-scale implementation/upgrades
• Test Plan development
• Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience
• Project Management of Large Initiatives
• Implementation/Upgrade Support
• Applications Planning, Development and Implementation
• Technical Collaboration (e.g. Interfaces, Hardware and Reporting)
• EPIC Certification - Epic Systems Upon Hire

Responsibilities

• Identifies optimal technical solutions and ensures seamless integration with existing systems.
• Prepares work plans to support analysis, testing, and upgrades.
• Configures and maintains technical environments across development, staging, and production.
• Evaluates workflows and resolves operational issues.
• Develops clear specifications and documentation; plans and executes test scenarios.
