Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University in Fort Washington, PA seeks an IT Solutions Analyst to identify technical solutions and ensure seamless integration with healthcare IT environments. You will plan system upgrades, configure environments, and develop detailed specifications and test scenarios.

The role requires experience with EHR systems, large-scale implementations, and strong collaboration across IT and clinical teams.

Qualifications

Experience with EHR application builds and healthcare IT projects.
Large-scale implementation/upgrades experience.
Proficiency in test plan development.
IT/healthcare operations experience.
Ability to plan, develop and implement systems.

Responsibilities

Identify optimal technical solutions ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
Prepare work plans to support analysis, testing of upgrades, modifications and enhancements.
Configure and maintain environments across development, staging and production.
Evaluate processes and feasibility for small to medium projects; resolve issues.
Develop specifications and accompanying documentation; plan and execute test scenarios.
Assist in resource estimation and communicating variances to management.
