Job summary

WellSpace Health, Inc. is seeking an Epic EHR Support Analyst to ensure reliable operation of the Epic system for 800+ users across the region. The ESA will partner with OCHIN and clinical leadership to connect system functionality with operational goals and performance metrics.

The role requires Epic Certifications, strong healthcare operations knowledge, and experience training providers and staff. This is a full-time, exempt position located at 164 - EXPO in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Epic Certifications in Clinical or PM are required.
• Minimum 3 years of Epic experience in safety net organizations; 5 years preferred.
• Strong understanding of health center operations and workflows.
• Demonstrated change management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent written communication for correspondence and reports.
• Ability to train and onboard staff.
• Experience with EHR systems training and rollout.
• Knowledge of primary care clinic workflow or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to translate requirements into actionable deliverables and work with diverse teams.
• Strong data privacy and confidentiality knowledge (HIPAA).
• Efficient time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail with strong administrative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Travel locally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Epic EHR for 800+ users and ensure system reliability.
• Act as liaison between OCHIN and WellSpace Health.
• Align system functionality with clinical workflows and operational needs.
• Provide training and onboarding for users and staff.
• Contribute to Epic EHR implementation, rollout, and ongoing support.
