Job summary

WellSpace Health is seeking an Epic EHR Support Analyst in Sacramento to support the Epic EHR system for 800+ users. This role serves as a liaison between OCHIN and WellSpace Health, aligning system functionality with operational goals and success metrics.

Requires Epic certifications, 3+ years of Epic experience in healthcare, and strong change-management skills. Travel within local area may be required; full-time, exempt position in the EHR Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, IT, or related field or relevant experience.
• Epic Certifications in Clinical (Ambulatory/Acute) or PM (Prelude, Cadence, Resolute HB and PB, Grand Central).
• Minimum of three (3) years of Epic experience in a similar or relevant role in safety net organizations required. Five (5) years of applicable experience desired.
• Strong understanding of health center operations and workflows.
• Demonstrated solution-focused orientation with change management principles.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor, train, and onboard staff.
• Excellent writing skills for correspondence, summaries, and reports.
• Ability to work with all levels of leadership and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Epic EHR support, including maintenance, upgrades, and user support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet clinical and operational needs.
• Deliver Epic training sessions and develop learning materials.
• Maintain knowledge of Epic configurations and optimize workflows for staff.
• Monitor metrics and improve user satisfaction and system performance.
