Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Epic applications certification and any new cert must be obtained within 3 months.
• Four years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR.
• Proficiency in Epic configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and IT in healthcare.
• Strong computer skills: Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Willing to travel up to 50% and respond to calls.
