CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead Epic EHR product strategy and execution. You will own lifecycle management, translate clinical needs into requirements, and drive adoption across enterprise informatics initiatives.

You will collaborate with clinical, IT, and operations teams, ensuring delivery on time and within scope while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT product/project management.
• Deep Epic expertise, including hands-on experience with Epic software, modules, and tools in a healthcare enterprise.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leadership, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical and operational needs.
• Owns the full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows, including prototyping, build, testing, and go-live.
• Creates features, stories, and workflow designs based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Defines execution pathways translating informatics goals into actionable requirements and plans.
• Partners with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product vision with organizational objectives.
• Coordinates with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in an agile process to enhance Epic ecosystem.
• Develops and maintains risk and issue logs with escalation pathways.
• Delivers executive-level reporting on product status and decisions needed.
• Supports readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic-based releases.
