Job summary

CVS Health seeks a senior Epic Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform strategy and execution, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders. You will translate clinical and CX needs into product requirements, manage the full lifecycle, and ensure adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

You will own end‑to‑end product plans, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and drive strategic decisions in a fast‑paced, healthcare enterprise.

Qualifications

Epic expertise including hands‑on experience with Epic software/modules
Ability to translate clinical and business needs into product requirements
Experience delivering healthcare IT projects on time and within scope

Responsibilities

Owns the product lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows from ideation to go‑live.
Defines vision and strategy for Epic domain through discovery, requirements, configuration, and enhancement.
Acts as product owner, translating stakeholders' needs into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
Collaborates with clinical, technical, and operations teams to drive adoption, quality, and safety across informatics initiatives.
Develops testing procedures and governance for assessments and documentation reviews.
Leads coordination with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in an agile environment.
