Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for the Epic EHR platform and related informatics tools. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation through delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operations teams to translate needs into actionable requirements.

The role requires deep Epic expertise, agile practices, and a data‑driven approach to improve care delivery and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics or health IT
Deep Epic expertise, including hands‑on experience configuring Epic software and tools
Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope

Responsibilities

Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, guiding product strategy and delivery
Owns the full product lifecycle for Epic‑based tools from ideation to go‑live
Creates features and workflows based on clinical insights and CX needs
Translates strategic goals into actionable product requirements and plans
Partner with cross‑functional teams to align on vision and value
Coordinate with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in an agile environment
Develops risk logs and escalation pathways for issues
Leads cross‑functional meetings with clear agendas and accountability
Delivers executive reports on status, risks, and decisions
Supports readiness, adoption, and training for new releases
Assists domain leaders in recruiting and developing talent
