Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Epic Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for the Epic EHR platform and related clinical informatics tools. You will own the product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, partnering with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements.

You will collaborate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in an agile environment, develop workflows, manage risk, and drive adoption and quality

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in product management and healthcare informatics.
• Deep Epic expertise with hands-on experience managing Epic software, modules and tools.
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare technology projects on time and within scope.
• Proven leader with ability to drive decisions and coordinate resources.
• Highly collaborative and able to translate complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Data-driven mindset and collaboration with analytics teams.
• Adept at problem solving, collaboration, growth mindset and execution.

Responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical and operational needs.
• Own the full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools, from prototyping to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
• Create features, stories, and workflows based on stakeholder research and CX needs.
• Define execution pathways by translating goals into actionable requirements and plans.
• Partner with business, clinical, and operational teams to align product strategy with OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, integration, and architecture teams in agile development.
• Develop and maintain risk/issue logs with escalation and resolution paths.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups.
• Deliver executive reporting on status, risks, and decisions; build stakeholder relationships.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments and documentation reviews.
• Support training and change management for Epic releases and adoption.
• Assist domain leaders in recruiting, hiring, and developing product talent globally.
