CVS Health seeks an experienced product leader to own the Epic EHR domain, guiding strategy and execution from ideation to delivery. You will collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to translate needs into actionable requirements and drive adoption, quality, and safety across enterprise informatics initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management and healthcare informatics experience
• Deep Epic expertise: hands-on configuring or overseeing Epic software in a healthcare enterprise
• Ability to deliver complex healthcare IT projects on time and within scope

Responsibilities

• Acts as the product owner for Epic and informatics solutions, understanding clinical, operational, and competitive landscape.
• Owns the full product lifecycle for Epic-based tools and workflows, from ideation to go-live, including vendor evaluations.
• Creates features, stories, and workflow designs based on clinical insights and CX needs.
• Translates strategic goals into actionable product requirements and project plans across workstreams.
• Partners with business, clinical, and operational teams to define vision and translate use cases into strategy.
• Coordinates with engineering, data science, and architecture teams in an agile development process.
