Qualifications

• Epic Certification required

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into technical Epic solutions and support complex projects.
• Provide mid-to-senior level analysis, design, configuration and implementation for Epic modules.
• Develop and enforce technical standards for development, support and information management.
• Provide ongoing Epic support, participate in after-hours calls, and mentor less experienced analysts.
• Plan, prioritize and execute projects with regular status reporting to management.
• Assist in staff training and develop user-facing training materials.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and collaborative communication across clinical and business teams.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with Memorial Hermann policies and budget considerations.
