Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in a similar EMR role.
• Epic strongly preferred.
• Effective training and coaching of end-users in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Act as the EPIC Systems Administrator: user account management, security, and daily support for Epic applications.
• Identify and troubleshoot EPIC issues; coordinate with IT/Help Desk and OCHIN teams as needed.
• Lead the EPIC project updates with OCHIN and MCHC departments from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate end-user training and maintain EPIC usage documentation and policies.
• Generate reports and support data analytics within Epic reporting environments.
