Job summary

CVS Health in Colorado is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to oversee design, configuration, development, and optimization of Epic solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of Epic EHR experience, including hands-on build and configuration.
3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems.
Active Epic certification(s) in one or more modules.
Strong understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operations.
Experience leading complex Epic projects or large-scale implementations.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams across assigned modules.
Serve as primary technical and functional escalation point for Epic development issues.
Define and enforce Epic development standards, build guidelines, and governance processes.
Partner with Informatics and IT leadership to align Epic development with strategy.
Oversee Epic integration efforts (HL7, FHIR, Bridges, APIs) and upgrades.
