Job summary

Essentia Health in Duluth, MN seeks a mid- to high-complexity IS/Healthcare information services specialist to analyze and support Epic Cupid and Epic Radiant environments. You will partner with clinical and IT teams, manage on-call duties, and ensure successful application performance and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities include leading initiatives, working as liaison between customers and support staff, and developing educational programs for end users.

Qualifications

• Leads initiatives and projects across staff; SME in assigned applications.
• Develops, implements, and presents educational programs for end users.
• Mid complexity issues; liaison between customer and support staff to resolve issues.

• Provides analysis of mid complexity projects and support for EHR applications.
• Supports maintenance of Epic Cupid and Epic Radiant environments.
• Acting as liaison between customer and support staff to resolve issues; ensures customer requirements are translated into feasible options.
