Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services, Healthcare or related field.
• Associates degree with 4 years of experience in Information Services, Business Services or Healthcare.
• 6 years of experience in Information Services or Healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level support for analysis of mid complexity projects and maintenance of EHR applications.
• Acts as liaison between customer and support staff to resolve issues and translate requirements into feasible options.
• Plans and implements technology learning programs and assesses users for competence in learning programs.
