Job summary

Nordic is seeking a Manager – Epic Application Management to lead and mentor a team of Analysts and Advisors. You will design, build, test, and troubleshoot EHR applications for Nordic clients, while aligning with Managed Services goals.

Responsibilities include guiding project delivery, monitoring performance, and managing complex client engagements with executive stakeholders. Strong EHR/ITIL experience and excellent communication are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, training, or supporting EHR modules.
• Certification in one or more EHR application module(s).

Responsibilities

• Coaching team members through difficult requests while performing expert troubleshooting to ensure EHR integrity, integration, and stability.
• Contributing to the vision and goals of the Managed Services Division and executing projects and daily operations.
• Monitoring output against metrics and providing feedback on performance.
• Leading change control and improving workflows for application builds and configurations.
• Managing multiple complex projects and client engagements, including Director and C-level relationships.
