Nordic is seeking a Manager – Epic Application Management to lead and mentor a team of Analysts and Advisors, delivering expert EHR design, build, testing and troubleshooting for Nordic Clients.

You will partner with the Managed Services leadership on workforce planning, manage multiple engagements, and maintain client relationships at Director/C-level. Occasional travel and on-call rotations are required.

Responsabilités

• Coach team members through difficult customer requests and perform expert level troubleshooting to ensure EHR stability.
• Contribute to the vision and goals of Managed Services and execute projects and daily operations to achieve them.
• Monitor the team’s output against metrics and provide performance feedback.
• Improve workflows and processes while following change control policies for builds and configurations.
• Lead application management work for clients across multiple engagements and report status to clients.
• Manage multiple complex projects and client relationships up to Director/C-level levels.
