Qualifications

• Epic Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory or Inpatient is required.
• Experience configuring and supporting behavioral health build in Epic in a county or BHRS context preferred.
• Knowledge of 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality protections and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHR liaison for BHRS programs and clinics.
• Translate clinical needs into technical requirements for Epic configurations.
• Configure Epic features like screening tools, templates, and CDS for behavioral health.
• Support compliance with regulatory and documentation standards in behavioral health.
• Provide go-live and on-site support at BHRS sites and training to end users.
