Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an Analyst to design, build, test, train, and support our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across hospital operations. You’ll work with minimal supervision, maintaining the system and mentoring teammates in Epic-related tasks.

The role requires 2+ years of Epic EHR experience, Epic certifications or a plan to obtain them within 3 months, and strong IT skills across Windows and MS Office. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
Epic certifications required or to be obtained within 3 months of hire.
Two years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR.
Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows in an integrated delivery system.
Proficient with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, training, and support of the EHR system.
Perform complex analysis and maintain the system with independent judgement.
Mentor other team members and assist with day-to-day support.
Travel up to 50% as needed.
