Job summary

Resourcing HQ is seeking an experienced Epic Analyst on a contract to support ongoing implementation and optimization for a large health system. The role welcomes candidates with current Epic certification in any module and experience across the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will lead build, testing, go-live activities, and collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams. Travel of 25–50% onsite is expected through June 2027.

Qualifications

• Current Epic Certification (any module required).
• At least one full end-to-end Epic implementation experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and Epic system functionality.
• Experience with build, testing, and go-live support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25–50% as needed.
• Long-term contract engagement through June 2027.
• Opportunity to work on large-scale, impactful Epic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic implementation, optimization, and/or upgrade initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Build, test, and validate Epic system configurations.
• Participate in workflow design, system design, and integration discussions.
• Support testing efforts including unit, system, and integrated testing.
• Assist with go-live planning, support, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing system support.
