Job summary

Prime Healthcare, an award-winning health system, seeks an Analyst to design, build, test, train, and support the Epic EHR system across hospitals and clinics. You will perform independent tasks, mentor peers, and help optimize hospital operations and workflows in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires Epic certifications, 2+ years of Epic EHR experience, and strong IT skills. Expect travel up to 50% and a comprehensive Total Rewards package in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare/IT field or equivalent experience.
• Epic certifications must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Two years' experience implementing/configuring Epic EHR applications.
• Proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, train, and support the Epic EHR system.
• Work with minimal direction and exercise independent judgment.
• Maintain the system and perform day-to-day support tasks.
• Mentor other team members on best practices.
