Job summary

Central Maine Healthcare Corporation is seeking an EHR Analyst to design, build, test, and support the Epic EHR system across hospital operations. The role requires independent judgment in day-to-day tasks and mentoring junior staff.

Preferred candidates have experience configuring Epic modules and strong communication skills to collaborate with clinical and IT teams. Travel up to 50% may be required for this full-time position in Maine.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Certification in Epic applications and any new certifications must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
• Two years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR applications.
• Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization within the Epic environment.
• Strong understanding of hospital business operations and clinical workflows in an integrated delivery system.
• Strong computer skills including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Under minimal direction, design, build, test, train, and support the EHR system.
• Exercise independent judgement in day-to-day support activities.
• Mentor other team members and manage multiple projects.
