Job summary
Prime Healthcare, an award-winning health system headquartered in Ontario, California, is seeking an EHR Analyst to design, build, test, train, and support Epic systems across our hospitals and facilities.
Under minimal supervision, you will optimize clinical workflows, configure Epic applications, and mentor other team members. Travel up to 50% may be required depending on project needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Epic applications certification within 3 months of hire.
- Two years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHRs.
- Proficiency in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Epic environments.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, workflows, and IT applications in healthcare.
- Strong computer skills: Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, test, train, and support the EHR system.
- Work with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment in daily tasks.
- Mentor other team members within the EHR group.
- Analyze hospital business operations and clinical workflows to optimize IT solutions.
