Job summary

Prime Healthcare is seeking an Analyst to design, build, test, and support the Epic EHR system across our California facilities. The role requires independent judgment, ability to mentor team members, and strong collaboration with clinical and operational teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics or related field, Epic certifications, and 2+ years of Epic EHR experience. Travel up to 50% and a comprehensive benefits package are offered in this full-time position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Two years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR applications.
Certification in Epic applications and any new certifications must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization within the Epic environment.
Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and IT in healthcare.
Strong computer skills including Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
Customer service oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Able to travel up to 50% and take calls as needed.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, training, and support of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Provide mentorship to other team members and work with stakeholders across departments.
Perform complex design and analysis tasks related to hospital operations.
