Job summary

Direct Jobs is seeking a Credentialed Trainer to deliver Epic training, support, and related tasks for our health system client in Louisiana. You will work with Principal Trainers, Analysts, and informaticists to ensure end users can effectively use the EHR and related modules.

Responsibilities include planning and teaching classes, creating job aids, maintaining learning materials, and providing on-site end user support, with a focus on quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• Preferred experience with adult learners, in-person, and virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes required for successful implementation and adoption of the EHR.
• Collaborate with end users and Principal Trainers to ensure build, training, and support align with approved workflows.
• Provide onsite end user support through rounding and other activities; proactively identify needs and provide solutions.
• Prepare classrooms and materials; maintain accuracy of online learning modules.
