Qualifications

• Two+ years of education or training experience.
• Experience with Epic applications preferred.
• Experience with adult learners preferred.
• Credentialed Epic status within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and teach classes for EHR adoption and training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align training with approved workflows.
• Prepare classrooms, print materials, and ensure organized spaces.
• Provide onsite end user support and proactive assistance.
• Test and troubleshoot the training and build environment.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and eLearning content.
