Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking two Epic Credentialed Trainers to deliver training for the Abridge AI platform in a hybridHouston setting. You will facilitate instructor-led sessions, guide learners through structured exercises, and support go-live activities prior to rollout.

The role requires strong facilitation, adaptability to learner needs, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain training standards and materials updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in adult learning facilitation and instructional delivery.
• Experience with Epic and AI (ambient listening) technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with structured training tools (Articulate and Captivate).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led training sessions in person, following curricula and learning objectives.
• Adapt facilitation style to meet diverse learner needs and maintain engagement.
• Manage classroom logistics including setup, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
• Guide learners through structured exercise books during training sessions.
• Lead hands-on learning labs and ensure materials and environments are prepared.
• Provide at-the-elbow support during go-live via command center or rounding.
• Update training materials and review feedback for updates.
• Coordinate with internal training teams to align content and delivery standards.
