Job summary

The role requires Epic Cogito expertise, strong leadership, and a track record delivering scalable analytics within a complex health system;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Information Systems or related field.
• Eight years of related healthcare analytics experience required; seven years in analytics, reporting, BI, or data warehousing.
• Epic Cogito certification/acc35 accreditation required or to be obtained within 12 weeks of training.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Epic Cogito Analytics team delivering reporting, dashboards, and analytics across clinical, operational, financial, and executive domains.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Epic analysts and developers; set goals and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate resources, priorities, and workloads to meet service levels and organizational priorities.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and maintenance of analytics within the Epic Cogito ecosystem (Clarity, Caboodle, CDW, Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer).
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, set KPIs, and deliver insights to drive decisions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards.
