CereCore is seeking an experienced Epic Cogito Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to support healthcare organizations with Epic Cogito analytics, reporting, and data optimization. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, financial and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful dashboards and data models.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/Healthcare/Business.
- 3+ years in Epic Cogito, healthcare analytics or related BI roles.
- Experience with Epic data structures and reporting tools.
- Strong SQL and healthcare data analysis skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and optimize Epic Cogito analytics and reporting solutions.
- Gather requirements from clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Epic reports, dashboards, and metrics.
- Collaborate with data engineers and IT for data models and integration.
- Validate data quality and troubleshoot reporting issues.
- Participate in upgrades, testing, and new functionality implementations.
