Job summary

The role requires healthcare EHR experience, T-SQL and Power BI skills, plus Epic Cogito proficiency or certification. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for advanced degrees and Cerifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years’ healthcare EHR experience.
• Proficient with T-SQL, Power BI and statistical analysis.
• Epic Cogito certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of metrics, dashboards and reports using Epic Cogito tools.
• Lead requirements sessions and translate business needs into solutions.
• Ensure users understand data responsibilities and data validation.
• Maintain Epic proficiency and conduct SME-style guidance for clients.
• Collaborate with IT teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
