Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Certification in Epic Cogito and Epic Clarity and Epic Caboodle and one applicable Data Model certification.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, data management, software development, or information technology in a healthcare environment including experience with data visualization development tools.
Detailed knowledge of healthcare and hospital business operations.
Expert knowledge of Epic's reporting suite of analytical tools.

Responsibilities

Serves as a subject matter expert guiding complex analytical projects.
Visualizes data to communicate meaning and actions effectively.
Develops data visualization designs and leads deployment at an enterprise level.
Gathers, documents, and builds complex business logic of metrics for ad hoc use.
Leads training material development and collaborates with data stewards and data architects.
