Henry Ford Health is seeking an experienced Epic Cogito Manager to lead the design, implementation, and support of Cogito analytics and reporting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in healthcare analytics, BI, application management, or a related technical field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Previous supervisory and/or consulting experience.
• Significant project management experience with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead senior level administrators and medical leadership.
• Strong leadership/mentoring skills for organizational senior leadership teams.
• Knowledge of system data access and data gathering techniques.
• Epic Certification in COG300 Cogito Project Manager required or to be obtained within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, operate, and support Epic Cogito analytics and reporting capabilities.
• Provide leadership to Business Intelligence Developers and application administration staff.
• Oversee complex analytics and reporting initiatives; manage project planning and execution.
• Ensure operational readiness and service excellence; liaise between Epic, IT, clinical, and business stakeholders.
• Support analytics governance, standards, and prioritization processes; develop staff capabilities.
