UAB Medicine is seeking a senior analytics leader to oversee the Epic Cogito Analytics team and its enterprise reporting initiatives. You will drive dashboards, data warehouses, and self-service analytics across clinical, operational, financial, and executive reporting, partnering with stakeholders to align priorities with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or a related field required.
• Eight (8) years of related healthcare analytics, reporting, BI, or data warehousing experience.
• Three (3) years of project management experience leading analytics/IT teams.
• Experience leading complex analytics projects involving clinical, operational, financial data.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day operations of an Epic Cogito Analytics team delivering reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
• Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop Epic analysts and developers.
• Prioritize workloads and monitor project progress to align with priorities and SLAs.
• Oversee design, development, testing, and maintenance of analytics within Epic Cogito (Clarity, Caboodle, CDW, Cogito Data Warehouse, Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer).
• Partner with clinical/operational/business stakeholders to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, privacy, governance, and compliance in analytics development.
