Job summary
Stanford Health Care is seeking a Clinical Associate Systems Analyst II to support core applications, enable cost-effective, high quality, efficient, and safe patient care. The role will implement, administer, and support assigned systems under senior guidance, with a basic understanding of Epic modules and health system operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/related field.
- Epic certification within 6 months of employment.
- Six months of healthcare or technology-related experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 incident support for applications.
- Perform daily monitoring of production applications.
- Coordinate application support with Infrastructure, Integration, Reporting, and Help Desk teams.
- Assist in implementing low-complexity tools and workflows.
- Assist in software upgrades and enhancements to workflows.
- Assist in testing for new implementations, enhancements or upgrades.
- Modify tables and master files under guidance of senior staff.
- Execute changes per documented procedures and policies.
- Participate in team and cross-team meetings and maintain records.
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting and 24/7 on-call support as required.
- Take ownership of low-complexity issues and liaise with customers and staff.
