Job summary

Insight Global is recruiting an experienced Clinical Systems Analyst to support Epic applications across the health system, enhancing workflows and patient care delivery. You will partner with clinicians, dietitians, and operational stakeholders to design, build, and optimize Epic solutions, with a one-month training program and hybrid onsite/remote work.

The role involves configuring Epic, supporting integrations (Computrition, Provation), and providing ongoing production support.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2+ years of experience supporting Epic.
Experience collaborating with analysts, clinicians, and operational stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.

Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, test, and optimize Epic applications supporting clinical, operational, and food service workflows.
Support Epic integrations with Computrition and Provation.
Partner with clinicians, dietitians, food service teams, and analysts to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing production support across Epic and integrated systems.
ServiceNow training and ticketing system support.
