Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years working with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).
• Strong problem solving and time management skills.
• Ability to mentor and lead meetings.

Responsibilities

• Test features and develop user aids for support.
• Troubleshoot issues and participate in incident response.
