Job summary

The role partners with caregivers, vendors, and operations to tailor system features, ensure reliable performance, and support adoption across departments.

Responsibilities include project leadership, product evaluations, and mentoring teammates while maintaining documentation and training materials for end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Epic Application certification or ability to achieve as required by department.
• 3 years experience with enterprise platforms (EHRs/ITSM/ERPs).

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand clinical and business information system needs.
• Leads cross-functional teams and manages project tasks within scope and timelines.
• Evaluates product demonstrations and recommends software solutions for care delivery and operations.
• Tests new features, develops job aids for support and training, and documents configurations.
• Triage issues, investigates root causes, and coordinates with other teams as needed.
• Maintains configuration documentation and supports end-user adoption and training.
