Responsibilities

• Maintain current clinical, financial, and administrative applications, implementing new Epic applications
• Assist in workflow assessment and process re-engineering for efficiencies
• Develop reports and analyses, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues
• Assist users with training and documentation development
• Coordinate with IT staff to ensure interfaces between applications are functioning
• Ensure updates are tested before live deployment and coordinate with vendors
• Integrate new applications into the HIS according to schedule
• Provide timely responses to user questions and escalate as needed
