Job summary

Community Care Cooperative (C3) is seeking an Analyst I, Professional Billing Epic to manage and maximize Epic applications across clinical, financial, and administrative domains. The role supports workflow improvements, reporting, and end-user training under the Manager of Professional Billing.

The position requires experience with EHR data, healthcare data analysis, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in analyzing and documenting business processes and underlying data.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records and medical claims data.
• Adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to participate in weekly on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical, financial, and administrative Epic applications.
• Assist in workflow assessment and process re-engineering to improve efficiency.
• Develop reports/analyses, troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Support users with training and documentation development.
• Coordinate with IT staff to ensure interfaces and system updates.
