Job summary

Community Care Cooperative (C3) seeks an Analyst I, Professional Billing Epic to implement, maintain, and maximize Epic modules in daily operations under the Manager of Professional Billing.

Based in Boston with hybrid work, you will collaborate with IT Education, Database Analysts, and application managers to optimize clinical, financial, and administrative workflows and ensure accurate reporting and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Electronic Health Records, medical claims, and other health care data.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field, Information Systems or Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current clinical, financial, and administrative Epic applications.
• Assist in workflow assessment and process re-engineering to improve efficiency.
• Develop reports and analyses; troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with IT Education to train users and develop documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT staff to ensure interfaces and updates function properly.
