You will translate payer and HEDIS specifications into Epic builds and dashboards, support end users with training, and collaborate with IT and vendor teams to ensure smooth operation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic Healthy Planet workflows and dashboards.
• Ability to translate payer/HEDIS specs into Epic builds.
• Proven ability to train users and develop documentation.
• Certified Epic analyst experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current clinical, financial, and administrative Epic applications.
• Assist users in developing reports and dashboards.
• Translate quality measure specs into Epic builds.
• Collaborate with IT educators to develop training.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT to ensure interfaces function.
• Support governance processes for C3 Quality.
• Travel onsite for site visits and milestones.
