Novant Health is seeking a Sr. Clinical Informatics Analyst to support order set coordination across the organization. You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the Epic Dimensions governance teams to optimize EMR order set content and workflows.

The role requires deep clinical workflow knowledge, Epic certification within 12 months of hire, and a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives to improve quality and cost outcomes.

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant clinical healthcare experience required.
• Minimum 2 years as a Clinical Informatics Analyst or related Epic roles required.
• Obtain Epic Clinical Informatics Certification within 12 months of hire OR Order Set Epic Certification required.

Responsabilités

• Provide system-wide support to ensure development, implementation, maintenance and regulatory compliance of order sets.
• Collaborate with Epic governance committees to evaluate EMR functionality and recommend enhancements to order sets and workflows.
• Develop KPIs and analyze data related to order sets for continuous improvement.
