Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a Senior Medical Director for Clinical Informatics to lead Epic-driven clinical workflows and governance across core HCD technology domains. You will align Epic roadmap with organizational strategy and partner with leaders to deliver high-quality care and efficient operations.

The role requires hands-on clinical practice, Epic expertise, and strong executive presence to drive enterprise-wide improvements and successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Licensed MD/DO or NP/PA with medical license in good standing.
• Epic Builder training and certification or willingness to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Minimum 5 years of ambulatory clinical practice experience.
• Experience in clinical informatics, safety, quality improvement, or workflow redesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical product and technology leadership across Clinic Operations and Quality & Stars domains.
• Drive enterprise Epic optimization to improve workflows, efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Translate clinical and business priorities into Epic workflows, decision support and clinician tools.
• Oversee Epic upgrades, testing, implementation and change management for go-lives and major releases.
• Monitor adoption and effectiveness of Epic enhancements and drive improvements.
