Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field (Required)
• 10 years with progressive IT healthcare experience focusing on clinical apps (Inpatient, Ambulatory, Emergency) (Required)
• 5+ years in a leadership role leading cross-functional teams and managing Epic implementations (Required)
• Epic Certification (Required)
• ITIL, PMP or Change Management certifications are preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the Epic Applications team and ensure staffing to meet evolving needs.
• Lead Epic optimization, integration, and ongoing support across inpatient, ambulatory, and emergency services.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders to translate goals into actionable tech strategies.
• Govern Epic governance structures, manage risk, ensure HIPAA/certified compliance, and oversee budgets.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives, adoption, and value realization across Epic modules.
