MemorialCare Health System is seeking an Executive Director for Epic Revenue Cycle Applications to lead the evaluation, acquisition, installation, operation, and support of Epic modules within the Information Services department. You will manage staff, align IT initiatives with business goals, and collaborate with C-level leaders to drive system upgrades and innovations.

The role focuses on Epic revenue modules, governance, budgeting, and staff development in a high-impact healthcare setting,

Competenze

More than 15 years work experience in a healthcare delivery setting.
More than 10 years management and leadership experience.
Solid grounding in MemorialCare enterprise systems, including Epic and related modules.
Hands-on experience with business requirements gathering/analysis.
Proven experience in systems, software, integration design and development.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

Mansioni

Participates as a key member of the Senior IS management team in governance processes of the MemorialCare application portfolio.
Collaborates with resources, physician leadership, and teams to develop and maintain application-level solutions.
Ensure architectures align with organizational goals and objectives.
Assist in architecture, design, development, and implementation of end-to-end integrated software solutions.
Conducts ongoing research to stay current with Healthcare IT trends and emerging technologies.
Support CIO and IT VPs to deliver the technology vision and project implementations.
